Homestead Capital -- Low Income Housing Tax Credit Syndication

Ms. Bramblett joined Homestead Capital in 2006 as Vice President for Underwriting. Ms. Bramblett came to Homestead from her position as an Audit Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP. She has over 15 years of experience working in public accounting with an emphasis in real estate, specifically the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit industry. She has provided advice and helped oversee her clients through the underwriting process while also providing Section 42 technical assistance. She received her CPA certification while working with Deloitte & Touche LLP. Ms. Bramblett serves on the Board of the YWCA of Greater Portland, and is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the Oregon Society of CPA’s. She holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
