Ms. Yang joined the Accounting Department of Homestead Capital in 2002. Ms. Yang’s responsibilities include fulfilling the accounting and reporting function for Homestead Capital and the Oregon Equity Funds and Homestead Equity Funds limited partnerships. Ms. Yang has also held positions with Bank of America as a Customer Service Representative and a Case Manager for the GIFT Program at the Asian Family Center. Ms. Yang graduated from Portland State University with a B.S. in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance in 2001.
     
 
Sonja Saporito

Ms. Saporito joined Homestead Capital in 2007 as Director of Finance and Fund Management. Her responsibilities consist of maintaining all upper tier partnership financial models, including quarterly updates for operating partnership revisions and new, specified operating partnerships. Prior to joining Homestead Capital, Ms. Saporito worked for PNC Multifamily Capital for over two years as a Senior Acquisitions Analyst underwriting low-income housing tax credit projects. Previous to PNC, she worked for Deloitte & Touche LLP for six years as a tax accountant specializing in Real Estate and low-income housing tax credit partnerships. Ms. Saporito received her CPA certification while working with Deloitte & Touche LLP. She has received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Portland in December 1998.
     
 
Sarah Elenes

Ms. Elenes joined Homestead Capital in December 2005 as an Accountant for the Finance and Accounting Department. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Elenes worked as an accountant for the Knowledge Learning Corporation in Portland, and for the Holiday Retirement Corporation in Salem, Oregon. Ms. Elenes received her B.S. in Business Administration in June 2004 from Portland State University.
     
 
Blia Xiong

Ms. Xiong joined Homestead Capital as an Accountant for the Finance and Accounting Department in 2009. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Xiong worked as a licensed real estate agent for four years as well as for U.S. Bancorp before returning to college. Ms. Xiong received her B.S. in accounting from Portland State University in December 2008.
