Mr. Tobias (Toby) W. Washington, Jr. joined Homestead Capital as President in 2008. Formerly a Director of Investment Management with Enterprise Community Investment, Inc., he brings over 25 years of experience working for banks and financial organizations in real estate finance, equity investment, affordable housing, portfolio management, loan production and relationship management. He is also a former educator with extensive management experience in both the public and private sector, particularly throughout the Pacific Northwest. Mr. Washington has chaired and served on the boards of the Seattle Mortgage Bankers Association, the Seattle Housing Resources Group, Shoreline Community College, the Washington State Affordable Housing Board, the King County Library Board, and various Utah and Idaho community reinvestment organizations. He is a member of the Wells Fargo New Market Tax Credit Advisory Board. Toby has a B.A. from Lincoln University; an M.A. in teaching certification from the College of New Rochelle; an M.S. in management from the University of Utah; an Executive M.B.A. from Northwestern University, and is a graduate of the Governors Strategic Leadership School at Duke University. |

Ms. Decker joined Homestead Capital in 2004 as Investor Relations Manager and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President. Ms. Decker was formerly employed at R.V. Kuhns & Associates, Inc., an institutional investment consulting firm based in Portland, OR. At Kuhns, she was an Associate Consultant where she completed asset allocation analysis, market environment research, and investment manager due diligence. Ms. Decker graduated with a B.A. from Linfield College, in McMinnville, OR. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) Charterholder, administered by the CFA Institute, and is Board Member and Membership Chair for the CFA Society of Portland. Ms. Decker was also a founding Board Member of the Ford Scholar Alumni Association, an affiliation of The Ford Family Foundation, and has been active in organizations supporting Portland’s youth, including Big Brothers Big Sisters and the River City Youth Track Club. |

Ms. Greenidge joined Homestead Capital in 2005 as Director of Human Resources and Operations. She has over five years experience managing Section 42 properties and over 10 years experience overseeing the development and operations of both nonprofits and for-profit institutions. Prior to joining Homestead, Ms. Greenidge worked as Assistant Manager of Irvington Village ALF. Her responsibilities included overseeing sales, marketing and operations for the facility. From 2000-2003, Ms. Greenidge worked as the National Coordinator of Outreach Ministries for Covenant Retirement Communities. Ms. Greenidge also worked as Development Director for the Black United Fund of Oregon, as a Securities Trader at Bank of America, and as Operations Officer for Security Pacific National Bank. Ms. Greenidge graduated from Woodbury University with a B.S. in Business Administration. |

Mr. Holder joined Homestead Capital in 2002, bringing his experience in marketing and technology-related ventures. As manager of information technology, he is responsible for developing systems to support the operations of the Company and finding new ways to serve Homestead's business partners through the use of emerging technologies. Mr. Holder has a background in both information technology and architecture. He has served as a development and strategy consultant for several technology companies, including Boston-based Newsphere, Inc. In architecture, he has worked with a number of internationally recognized design practices including Gnuform, Servo, and MulvannyG2, as well as building his own projects with The Los Angeles Design Group (LADG). Additionally, he maintains active teaching positions in the graduate departments of architecture at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and the Southern California Institute of Architecture. Mr. Holder holds a Master of Architecture Degree from UCLA, and received a B.A. in Political Science from Lewis & Clark College. He is the recipient of a Truman Fellowship and the AIA certificate, and is a member of both Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi. |

Ms. Cha joined Homestead Capital in 2007 as the Office Assistant. Her role is to support the managers and staff in daily administrative duties, as well as provide exceptional customer service to Board Members and visitors to the Company. Ms. Cha previously worked for LRCS United Enterprises, where she processed orders, accounts receivable and performed administrative duties. She has over six years of customer service and administrative experience. Ms. Cha also helped serve the senior community as a volunteer for Loaves and Fishes for three years. Ms. Cha has 92 credits towards her Associate of Science Oregon Transfer and is pursuing a career as a registered nurse. |
