Mr. Ramirez joined Homestead Capital in 2007 as Construction Manager. He was formerly employed by Communities of the Northwest, a multi-family development and construction company, and his duties included oversight of all construction operations and administration. As an architectural design consultant for over 15 years, Mr. Ramirez was a principal and co-founder of two mid size design firms, Walcott Ramirez & Associates and RDA. His scope of projects varied from historic restoration, multi-family restorations and mid- and high-rise projects for major corporations. Mr. Ramirez has a B.A. from Art Center College. He is a past licensed contractor in California and Oregon, and a past member of ASID and IBD. |
