Mr. Dickson joined Homestead Capital in 2005. He has seven years experience in real estate lending and underwriting, including six years of experience with the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program. Prior to joining Homestead Capital, Mr. Dickson worked for First Independent Bank as Assistant Vice President/Relationship Manager in the Commercial Real Estate Division in Vancouver, WA, where he originated commercial real estate loans in the Tri-Counties of Portland and SW Washington. Prior to his time at First Independent, Mr. Dickson worked at U.S. Bancorp Community Development Corporation, specializing in affordable housing tax-credit investing. His responsibilities entailed project underwriting and evaluation, due diligence, and closing coordination. Mr. Dickson has a B.S. in Finance and Management from Portland State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix. He serves on the Portland State University Alumni Association Board, is the Membership Committee Chair of the Young Leaders Society for United Way of the Columbia-Willamette, and serves on advisory committees for Portland Housing Center and Big Brothers, Big Sisters Columbia-Northwest. |
